What is WAVES? 


  • Using the City of Summerside’s facilities, pavilions will be set up at locations across the city with a different ethnic culture in each one (i.e. Scottish Pavilion at the College of Piping)
  • Passports will be sold which will be the ticket into the pavilions across the City of Summerside
  • Each pavilion will showcase their cultures food, drink and heritage through entertainment acts
  • Bus transportation will be provided throughout the 2-day event with a continuous circuit between pavilions and accommodations
